Cap raising is OK at some stage later on. Once the debt is relieved and a bit more pain is had, the SP will improve.

I think management is focusing on getting the fundamentals right. I always say, don't worry about the SP, worry about getting the business right and the Sp will take of itself.

SP will creep up slowly as the fundamentals are set right. Won't go to $15 again, but no reason why $2 isn't achievable by the end of the calendar year or $3 by end of 2015.

Management should focus on a transformation strategy to get the right sized workforce - more back office automation, consolidation of properties, restructure admin functions, centralise recruitment functions, get rid of high cost of service, low margin and unprofitable customers, etc there are heaps of things the business can focus on over the next 6 months.
