Kellett and Plympton are still sitting on ESN, a company that has zero revenue and waiting for share consolidation (we all know what that means) having been sitting at $0.001 for some time. Who knows why it's still a going concern. No visibility of fine print with the facility so won't be surprised if it is highly dilutive.
