As small shareholder, I think this new options package deal is not an issue, as in noting has changed.
However, from the perspective of holders of the current options set to expire. The real question is what will they do?
Will they do nothing and let go of their options and be diluted by the incoming 5 years expiry options.
Or exercise to avoid dilution. Sure they can buy at market price which is lower than 10c exercise price, but the amount they need to buy will surely push the share price above the 10c mark.

Interesting times for sure.
