    Worth adding for context - while those CAPEX numbers are big versus the current market cap it's worth remembering the payback period of both projects is <2yrs.

    As in, we've struggled for funds to get this off the ground but in a bit over 2yrs from now we'll be in a position to do it all again from company cash alone. Rinse-repeat every two years...
