TIS would be better served finding a solution to the mess they have gotten themselves into instead of reading forums. Given they will soon run out of money they can hardly afford to waste even more money trying to sue disgruntled (and rightly so) investors. Suing a corporation for defamation is one thing but as for suing small investors they should remember "you cannot get feathers from a frog".
