Thanks for the bait, but no thanks.................. No personal interest on the result of this case.......I am just reading what it entails and what has been recorded with all the appeals and counter appeals, although the majority of them, have been lodged by CTP and their Lawyers.

Most importantly and possibly unlike you, I am just a concerned shareholder about what has been going on, and all the secrecy surrounding us. There are times though that, when I read some of these baseless comments and accusations, nepotism quickly comes to mind.

Now, all of that news is available for anyone willing to follow it......Period.!!! It appears that you don't or you don't want to, though.

As for your recollection, well mate you are wrong. The case didn't start during JH's reign, the case started afterward when CTP or better still RC and/or DW wouldn't agree to what was agreed to prior to RC taking control of the Titanic with all the fanfare. So, you should do some better research before saying so.

The deal was made during JH's time, but it was consumed by an employee which has since left because of the Hot water (Funny enough though, this ex-employee is refusing to appear in Court as a witness if and when the time will come), and another Director which has left too. I am still wondering as to why all of the previous Directors left or were made to leave and all replaced by some friendlies of the Messiah.

Wouldn't you think that, this ex-employee, which could prove to be the trump card in our case, would fall head over heels to appear in Court and blast this "FRIVOLOUS ISSUE" totally out of the water.?? But he doesn't and refuse to do it..........Now, why is that......................Go Figure.!!!

Now, can you tell us all as to how much in Legal Fees we have spent thus far and if the BOD have been made fully aware of that.??

While you are at it, you might be able to tell us if CTP paid for the Legal Costs of all the appeals they've lost in the USA too. No one seem to know and I am just asking you, just in case it happens that you know something I don't.

Interesting enough though, while CTP was quick in telling us that they won the case in Brizzy and that GRR was ordered to pay costs, they never ever said anything about them loosing all the appeals in Texas (even after a heap of Judges ruled against every single point they put forward as a defence), and if they paid for all GRR's Legal costs as required....................... I wonder why....

Now, and in closing, what did one our Lawyers representing us in Texas for another appeal (The latest one), told the judge what the amount which GRR could claim and which we could be held liable for.??

If I am not asking for too much, can I await for a proper and plausible answer, while leaving baits out altogether.
