Good morning gentlemen :)

As per this section of the "Company Update" ANN:

"Share Placement for ongoing working capital

"Magna Mining NL (Company) is pleased to announce a Placement under the 15% capacity available to the Company under Listing Rule 7.1 to professional and sophisticated investors of 132,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.004 per share to raise $528,000, before costs of the issue. The Placement will be fully underwritten."

I bought shares on the strength of the above: underwritten at .004c and a *completed* placement at that price. So, I am looking forward to the 3B being released re the Placement, and am wondering why shares are being sold into the .003 column.

A released ANN to the market means that the placement has occurred, yes? Oh, good. People do trade on these ANN's- people like me!
