To all those still here i would like you to know something.
I (and some fellow investors) penned the letter to NMDC board almost 2 years ago calling for action to try and save the company. It was my name on the bottom on a four page letter.
I have sent countless emails to directors past and present asking multiple questions about the state of my investment into the company.
Recently I tried again - but I got not response. My language was forthright but not insulting.
I have just now sent another email.
I will be looking into litigation and class actions against ASX listed stocks and specifically those that have made IMO misleading announcements.
Why have we not got Indian investors in the company, why was the original 5c RI turned back and then we having to do one at less that 1/3 that price and consequently dilution almost 4 fold in scale.
It would be interesting to know whether NMDC could be held accountable under Australian Law for litigation.
Some day the apathy surely has to stop. The contempt towards shareholders too.
I am happy to share the email with anyone who is interested. I will not post it here as it makes some comments that may be moderated although they are clearly defined. Email me if you would like to read the two emails I have sent in the past month.
I would love to say that this will be a tuning point but I doubt it.
One thing I did make clear is that the company cannot solely blame the decline in IO as responsible for our current diabolical share price.
When will it end. Probably when I face reality and realise that my investment is truly gone. Accepting this those is very very difficult. IMO why should those who have made misleading statements be made accountable.
It has been 4 years as a complete farce. I suspect the physical and mental health of share holders has been affected by this whole situation. I would not be surprised id some have considered suicide given the amount of money people have lost which I know for some is in excess of 250 thousand dollars.
I would love to say hand in there guys/girls but I cannot honest say this without feeling like I too would be misleading you.
