Also Moimoi.....just on Lucky Bay and your query regarding the environmental issues, I think you would have more chance of getting information from "Sea Transport Corp".
They were the poor buggers who kept knocking on IFE's door with the Lucky Bay Floating Harbour proposal and kept getting it slammed in their face.
Luckily, they perservered and eventually the penny dropped with management who started to listen.
I don't know how much information they would give you regarding their arrangement with IFE but I'm sure they could answer general questions regarding whether their operation has any environment impact, is so, what measures they have in place to minimise it.
