perhaps a belief that they'll be ok? You still need bums on seats to move the dirt and manage the mine.
Old mate reckons everyones got an eye elsewhere and will leave at the first available opportunity - so far its been heaps of UG blokes, managers, enviros, surveyors, geo's, engineers, the lot.
Interesting next few months, indeed.
