as dodgy as these guys are.....and they ARE dodgy according to the courts....I fail to see the relationship between their current dealings and the evidence that will be presented in court. Keep your eye on the ball.

As I hve stated previously, if the events claimed to have occured by CHM did actually happen, and they can be proven as such, then I believe MMX unfortunately have a case to answer. Considering who is claimed to be involved, and their relationships to both parties, it is definately feasible IMO that the stated events did in fact occur.

Now, even if the claims are proven and CHM does in fact win, the bulk of shareholders may not even benefit a great deal. Hard to say for sure.

I threw some small $$ at this after reading the statement of claim by CHM.
