Colin Iles was elected as a director in Mar 2017, the company did not issue any appendix 3Y disclosing his shareholding in the company (as required as far as i know even if its 0).
The fact he has no holding in the company, and has not deemed it worthy of dipping his toe in, also gives me little faith.
