    Glad to see your figures pretty much the same as mine. The percentages of CBTE will change though, after the merger (takeover? reverse takeover?) with GL Biochem. They will be issued 6.56 million CBTE shares to begin with.

    And I'm not sure that you can factor in a PE of 10 at this stage.

    Just my thoughts.
