The negative cash flow can be partly explained by increases in Accounts receivable (up $3.7m), Inventory (up $3.2m) and a decrease in Accounts payable (down $2.8m). Also they increased spending on advertising and marketing by $3.2m which may lead to increased sales in 2019.
If they can become profitable in CY2019 that would be a good turnaround.
