Nah, it's not about raising more cash ...

...the company knows - and all the shareholders who have clung to the mast of this little boat as it's sailed through incredibly stormy seas, they know too - we all know that after all the flirting, and calls for patience, and announcements of possible partnerships in the wings, that if this announcement does not come through with a good and substantial agreement, the SP is dead in the water, and the company with it.

Too much has been gone through, and there have been too many calls for patience for this to be a disappointment.

They know they have to come through.

And I think they know they HAVE come through, which is why we're having this fanfare of a trading halt - to give time for the market to slaver and whip itself into a frenzy and re-rate the SP on opening on Wed.
