The Monarch team jumped the gun. They got over excited by the rising gold price spent all their/our money and just got the timing wrong. This was a demonstration of incompetance, mismanagement, poor timing. As investors we can only act on what we are told by the company. Over all an amateurish effort by someone whose reputation alone was enough to motivate some to invest in this company. With the funding and resources available to these people to end up in this situation can only be described as a bloody disgrace.
