Its been quite a while since management farmed out the decision making on " where to now."
Surely that firm and the management together should have come up with a strategy by now.
You would have to wonder ,"What is the hold up"?
Seems like all these highly paid "professionals on big salaries" don't know how to make DECISIONS.
For goodness sake the world is marching on.......
