dead dog bounce?

I don't hold this share but my brother in law has been a shareholder and have had the share on a watch list since September. Has the share stopped falling? Does anyone understand the likelihood of the company hitting oil /gas in their current drilling campaign? Market cap is not high for an oil company, circa $67m, could the current drilling turn the company round?

Non executive has just resigned. Never a good sign IMHO. But there has been a recent change in the management on the operational side. Does anyone have any views? Or is everyone still sore from the huge loss in valve? TFP
