Yes it was an MMX statement but CHM have not challenged it. Usually there would be a denial. However it was based on a quote of major significance so as far as pulling out any old comment thats not true.

The judge has also made a telling decision. As CHM feel they need to new evidence or expert opinion or what ever it is (no one really knows).

Basically CHM need to dcide to push on with little hope (according to the lawyer) or simply withdraw the case & start again.

Expensive but if they beleive the funder will cover they are better off starting again instead of loosing on a weak case.
