That was a MMX statement and I am sure they picked the eyes out of what was said to put it in the best light.
Even MMX tune over the last 12 months on this has changed from a case without foundation to no claim over Crossland asset which from a CHM side of the fence is a major change in position.
Tooli I am not sure where your numbers are coming from. I think (guessing as the issue has gone away) the last cashflow included additional loan funds to pay out the old lawyers to get the files so that is a once off.
You are right that someone will need to fund CHM to keep them going and like many companies raisng fresh equity the new ones have a major impact on the old shareholders.
For shareholders through the original issue (post administration) just getting to 2 cents is doubling your money.
For people who bought through the last boom they have much further to go but that is no different to MMX holders who bought at $5.00 including some major shareholders.
At least know both cases will be heard this year.
