You are absolutely right in most things you said Gardie.The court case will go ahead and the most likely beneficitiaries are the people puuting up the cash to fund the case.Your dream that major shareholders will throw in money means extra shares and further dilution of your already diluted company.They need about $360k per quarter to run the company.I wish you luck Gardie but I think you wrote the most likely outcome in your last post.
