They never actually stated any of the CR were to frack JH 1 , they used their deceptive wording as do all of these leech type money wasting companies.
They have no chance of finding a jv partner at these oil prices, hence the very lengthy delays and CR to keep breathing for long enough to perhaps strike a deal when oil goes up as its a lot easier to find the right partner when you can attach the contract to the oil price.
Perhaps I'm just hoping a little too much.
I empathise with all holders of this one.
