Well I think that there might be a very good case for a class action against this lot, they have raised funds through various CRs and placements all in the name of fracking Jack and not one cent has been spent on any fracking anywhere, obtaining money under false pretenses looks to be a very good contender.
There is one thing for certain they did do a good job in Fr**king Jack unfortunately it wasn’t Fracking, so now that the price of Oil is below the point that these idiots reckoned they could still make money at where from here do we go, are well we could wait until September next year….. is was September next year that they were going to start fracking Jack wasn’t it?? For a moment I thought that it was to have been this year but that can’t be, we’re already in December and we haven’t hear anything about fracking or anything at all from this lot.
