I think this could be the end game: FAS will bring out some resource to lift up its share price. GWR shareprice stays low. At such a low shareprice GWR makes a SCRIP offer to FAS - this way FAS shareholders recoup their loss and and even make a small profit, because GWR will offer 1 share for 5 or 6 inflated fas shares. That has to be the only reason why GWR sp is so low, otherwise there would be no chance of a takeover.
What do you think?
