Potash Minerals Limited (“Company”) (ASX: POK) hereby makes application for a trading halt of its securities, effective Friday, 28 August 2015, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.1:
The Company makes the request pending the release of an announcement in relation to completion of due diligence on acquisition of Buddy Platform, Inc.;
The trading halt is to last until the Company releases an announcement, expected to be before opening of trading on Tuesday, 1 September 2015; and
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
