Agree on most points, don't thing they can retrospectively force an escrow.
They need to have something really exciting happening if they want to get any sort of listing away, but they should take every opportunity along the way to promote their product or at least improve awareness and puff it up a bit.
Unless there is a significant turn around in sentiment in the IPO/speccie area I can't see them listing in the coming months.
