I almost overlooked this email which was automatically assigned to my junk mail folder (is that a sign?) - the reply to my email to BPH on the 8 March. This reply from Deborah Ambrosini on 11 April:

"Both Cortical Dynamics and Molecular Discovery are continuing with the research and development of their projects. Both projects are being developed to a commercialization stage.

Cortical?s project, the BAR Monitor, continues to provide very encouraging results and of late and has been published in well respected Anesthesiology Journals. I have attached the latest announcement for this project.

The projects are in different stages of their development. The BAR monitor is further advanced and has conducted two previous trials to test and evaluate the sensitivity of the monitor. Cortical will continue to conduct further trials in the coming year to advance the technology. The Anti Mitotic drug project is in proof concept phase and it has undergone a first round of animal testing to rule out toxicity affects.

As stated previously I have attached the latest announcements for these projects. We will continue to make public all material information as soon as it occurs.

I am currently preparing the documents for both Cortical and MDS with the listing of Cortical expected to commence before June 2011. It is anticipated that the listing of MDS will follow this."
