Would you pay $916 million now? Of course not. MMS had to justify to their shareholders why they were interested in the first place. But ECX at $180 million market cap now? Seems oversold in a big way.

correct me ken but they have 1.3bn in debt ECX and now a market cap of 180m isnt that a bit scary
