I use E Trade Pro for trading, and really like it.
I always get best price, and really quick order execution.
As far as I can tell, only E Trade Pro and IB offer the DDE spread sheet option, so it works well for me.

My son (who speaks "computer" like a second language) made my scanner for me.
I spent a couple of months trying to work out what made a good day trade stock ( and lost 1/2 my capital in the process).
Then sat down with him and got him to write a program that scans the DDE spread sheet every 30 secs and display the results in a table.
Have been using the system now for a couple of months and am getting good returns consistently.

Below is print of my scan from sometime on Friday..
Wont go into to too much detail, but the average vol % was only added last week, is not entirely accurate and is still a work in progress. I know what is wrong and what I have to do to fix it.. just haven't got around to it yet. (relate to how the DDE spreadsheet records volume mostly..)
