Personally I would probably be more generic in my approach, ....

Oh behold , come the day of Reckoning, that you may be found blameless so the sweetness of victory and its spoils be bestowed unto you.

I would hope that with all this investigation : "the truth shall set us free."

And an extended court case cooked up out of the ether,  would award damages on losses suffered by the shareholders since 2016 at a 10 % premium on top to be paid by those that have a part to play in the demise of share value.

Enough of "religious" quotes : Get the people to pay for their wrongdoing and reimburse shareholders to the value the share-price tumbled by.

Now that is the "Justice" due.
