David Willis letter to KAS shareholders - Make your vote count!

I've just received the David Willis (he who sank the AMR merger) missive asking for shareholder support for a capital raising to payout the PALA loan and instructions on how to nominate him as your proxy for the upcoming AGM.

I urge all shareholders to consider his arguments carefully and ensure they vote their shares.  I note that David's letter dated 10th December was received by myself in Melbourne on 13th December, whereas I am yet to receive the my Notice of AGM or proxy forms from Kasbah Resources.

We are very fortunate to have somebody like David Willis who is willing to put a great deal of effort into ensuring KAS is not overtaken by stealth by the likes of PALA and Lion and that existing shareholders interests are upheld. (which should be done by the independent directors!).
