What a load of rubbish!  the only thing correct in this statement is "Facts are Facts"... the fact is if Mr David Willis had not acted when he did when PALA instigated the take over bid through AMR we would not be having ANY discussion on KAS.

Mr David Willis's credibility is not questionable, the Australian High Court action to wrest control of KAS from the AMR (PALA) was funded by him and his financial services business, what would this cost? $500K?......not once has Mr David Willis asked fellow shar eholders to reach into their pockets and help out.

Also most shareholders own stock through a Company or Family trust or even family members names, so to imply that Mr David Willis does not "hold" shares because the title on the security is not "David Willis" is deceptive and misleading, another fact, but have you rang him? after all we are talking facts right?

Lets not forget that the loan provided by PALA to KAS was let at 12%  plus other "fee's", in this day and age, so please explain your "needs to be funded by right people at the right price" theory??? the fact is the best source of funding always comes from within the stock holders of the script, it is a win for both shareholders and Company ongoing operations, another fact.

As for the "PALA has stated three times that it has no intention of converting the loan" well I don't believe that we have seen ANY communications from PALA.   The last reference to PALA intentions was Mr Russel Clark 15/11/2018 stating that "it is my understanding" that PALA do not want to convert the loan.   This is not the same language as PALA stating that "we will NOT to be converting the loan".

How naive??? why would you organise a Convertible Note if your intention was anything other then  share acquisition by default??? another fact, make no mistake here, PALA and its subsiduary will have control of KAS if the Convertible Note resolution is accepted at the 20 December 2018 AGM,

And yes willtown88 I am also miffed as to why your types of communications are allowed to be posted because clearly you do not have an understanding of facts which is contained within the history of PALA's attempt to gain control of KAS through deception and the ONLY reason why we still have a KAS is Mr David Willis.
