What do you expect? They can't communicate more news on funding until a deal has been negotiated.

As said before, the audience for the presentation is primarily for new investors, not existing ones. That's the primary reason for much of the material contained in the presentation. For existing investors it's just an update.

Anyone with a clear interest on investing will dig a little deeper into quarterlies. They've provided guidance on planned spend in the last Quarterly.
