    I don't believe that is quite correct

    If they lodge their answers by the mid-nov date, this will start the clock again. The Dec meeting will occur at just after the 210 Calendar Days for review, in which case the CHMP has to issue an opinion (or so I understand it)

    that is why pushing for mid nov is so crucial
