Re: Notice of General Meeting and Removal of directors resolutions.

I urge all shareholders to vote against the resolution to remove directors George and Sye.

Their actions attempted to put some transparency and ethical overview to the situation.
It is apparent to me that the actions of KTM, Bannaby and TM Consulting were less than transparent and not in the interests of all shareholders. This was obvious in the lack of communications and bully boy tactics employed according to Mr George and Ms Sye in their explanatory statements and subsequently by the action currently underway to attempt to remove George and Sye from the board because they have tried to protect our interests as smaller shareholders.

It was apparent at the time that the placement and capital raising was executed in a less than equitable manner.

Additionally, I urge all shareholders to be prepared to censure those board members and their associated interests that have undertaken the recent placement and rights issue in such a way as to apparently enrich themselves, by any means possible.

Hopefully the current resolutons at this meeting will be defeated and some redress may come from subsequent investigations into the activities of the other directors their associated entities and KTM.

Shame on the directors who attempted to diminish and dilute smaller holders' opportunities to benefit through growth enabled by their previous support of DataDot.

If the current resolutions are not defeated, expect to see takeover and/or shenanigans that keeps small shareholders in benefitting from whatappeared to be a company with a bright future.
Its time for action.
