I've been out of this stock for some time but just couldn't help myself when I saw the latest announcements.

If you think Bottle resigned, you're kidding yourself. He's always been a bumbling fool, with no industry, marketing or sales background to support the role - so why did it take 3 years to get rid of him? Is it that the whole Board (including Bottle) have been standing alongside each other at the trough - with their snouts deeply entrenched?? One for all, all for one - but who cares about the stock value and the shareholders who have provided all the cash, we're OK Jack!!! All Bottle did for the Company was to get rid of any distributor or employee that were any good - because they were a threat to his small-minded, narcissistic ways.

And now - management by Committee!! LMFAO!!! A Public Company who doesn't have a CEO, has no confirmed direction, no defined sales model, has shaky products at best, is now confronted with other far better organised, aggressive and hungry competitors - and they make their Chairman an executive officer and form a management committee to run the place. Is there no-one there that can make a decision without a show of hands at a meeting?? And no doubt pay rises for all on the new management committee!!!

$3M in revenue at a $1.1M loss over 6 months, $2.3M left in the bank - you do the sums for yourself but I reckon these shareholder rapists will be belly up by the time Santa Claus flies back to our shores! Good riddance; the market doesn't need to be confused by continual rhetorical BS and no performance whilst the internal snouts are snuffling all the snatch! Morons!
