2. Resolution 2 - Additional Tenure Acquisitions
“That, subject to the passing of Resolution 1, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rules 10.1 and 10.11 and section 208(1) and item 7 of section 611 of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes, approval is hereby given to:
a) the terms of the ATA Sale Agreement, a copy of which has been signed by the Chairman of this meeting for the purposes of identification and details of
which are particularised in the Explanatory Statement;
b) the issue and allotment and payment to Hightime in accordance with the terms of the ATA Sale Agreement, of a total of 5,000,000 Shares in the Company and $US350,000 respectively in consideration for the acquisition of the entire issued capital of Hightime Gh

The 5 mill shares were allocated as planned.

It seems to me that all conditions connected with the acquisitions mentioned in post 204215, have been complied with.
