one thing you missed hanabi is that when it was first announced that Shell/Petrochina had made a TO bid for aoe we had to make a decision on whether to hold or sell our shares on the information we received then, which was scant, not when we received the demerger and scheme books.
My point is that nothing was announced by Arrow of the likelihood of a massive dilution of our Dart share before we received it and I don't believe it is acceptable and nor should ASIC allow it.
Having said that, maybe Shell/Petrochina are looking for a squabble to enable them to back out of the TO deal with AOE directors. The first and most blatant tactic was to alter the offer of 1 DTE sh for 1 AOE sh, to 1:2 thus halving our entitlement; no matter what % of the new company this share entails it is still not what we were offered. This tactic scarcely raised an eyebrow and so they have upped the ante by attempting to dilute our dart shares even before we get them!
