Actually, it goes beyond that. The Wolf has signed off as CP, so is now open to personal litigation and ASX action should anyone sue for making deliberately fraudulent statements.

I big risk to take on behalf of the board if, as the OP implies, they are trying to ramp based on nothing, particularly when the Wolf is independent with nothing to gain from said ramp and everything to lose.
