If as you claim there has been 7 ships waiting - and they can only turn around a ship in 24 hours - that seems unproductive to me.
Should be no more than 2 or so waiting with the others at sea in Transit.
What is so good about having a ship sitting waiting for 6 days before it gets loaded ? Who pays for that !
