In Brussels they do not discriminate an everyone pays full amount........
That is unless the dancing is done in a governmental capacity....ie at a Town Hall or community centre or council facility....( your not allowed to Tax the Brussels council an government departments - as it would just not be right)
It is only fair to Tax business...... So the Brussels council and government heads think.....
