I think those were the numbers I quoted and from a book I think written by the person you mention. Some people do get terribly upset about things not working out as they wish, like Mr Mueller's report or the unhoped for survival of bears.
My environmental credentials are impeccable. I religiously recycle what I'm supposed to and say a prayer over the Otto to ensure it gets where it's going eg the rubbish dumps of Asia or wherever. When I burn green waste I always wait for a south westerly breeze to take the smoke away from pristine areas to already polluted urban areas. I can do no more.
