There is no doubt that CETO5 "worked" but given they get only one real good go at this, it required further refinement to ensure it not only meets but exceeds expectations.
That is their current challenge and there is a lot of money and resources being thrown at it to makes sure it happens.
I'll remain the eternal optimist for the moment.
