Share price is again in modest uptrend and selling strength is waning. The double bottom formed a month again suggests a target of about $1.20 and since then the trend has been up with series of higher lows, more importantly the upper side of the downtrending channel will be broken at $1.13 and with a bit of luck that could happen this week. Timing as always is key and we surely must be getting close to some sort of statement or decision from the spanish regulators.
