I definitely agree with all of that. I think the way forward is a couple of JV's. Let someone take on the development and operational risk and sit back and share the spoils. Similar to Rand/Tribune with their situation.
That would then let Matt and the team concentrate developing on fewer projects. He is certainly passionate about the area and has the runs on the board.
