Yeah just read the announcement. Very good. Meeting approvals and over 90% acceptance makes this a done deal.
I don't know how long it takes for the compulsory acquisition of remaining shares but I don't expect it could take too long?
Worth noting that all new shares issued under the deal are subject to 12 months escrow
