Given that SRK has mentioned in the Directors' report released yesterday - it looks like the term sheet should confirm that "Strike will sell the land, reports and rights in relaiton to the Berau Thermal Coal Project. That is, SRK will receive more cash.
If SRK loses the shoot out then it received more cash. If SRK wins the shoot out, it will end up with 100% ownership of the Iron ore asset in Peru. Therefore, it could use its current holding of cash of approx. $19.5m and whatever cash amount it receives from Berau to develop Peru and/or further develop Cuervo.
It can only be win-win-win for SRK IMO.
