Could D&C find a backer? If I was a company that could stump up...

Could D&C find a backer? If I was a company that could stump up this cash I would prefer to partner-up with SRK over D&C. Any company that snuggled with D&C would have to do EVERYTHING as Strike has had to do. Would there be many companies out there with a loose $37M that would enter into that type of transaction in this market? Also don't forget that D&C only had 4 months to put this together 9ince the shootout commenced. Another company would have to be a risk taker and hot to trot to get a go-ahead in place in this timeframe.
