    past management ANN's being somewhat "scratchy/iffy" - just maybe??? the history of the company in recent years would have something to do with it - read the ANN's (and yes it was a while ago but IMO history is an indicator of future but thats IMO so DYOR!!! check the ANN's - frozen samples pfft!
