Has it possessed somewhat a NEGATIVE correlation to the POZ recently? It has! ZERO correlation at best.
But last I checked, it's still an exploration company, zero sales, zero production, so it should still be classified as a bit of a punt play.
You could argue that many other punt type plays did move with POZ, tough luck if you chose the single dud like I did.
Is the TA terrible? It's not great but it's definitely not terrible.
It has hit and bounced off twice from the first support level, one level of a layered zone of supports (37, 36, 31).
For those who are intent on selling right now, think over your game plan, are you ok with selling into a support level? (If that really is your plan and winning strategy, go for it!)
If you're feeling slightly too emotional about this stock, you just have to draw a line in the sand, figure out your own risk tolerance, and just execute. More objectivity. Manage your downside risk.
You may choose to set a stop under one of the mentioned supports, but if my read on the general volume is correct (exception 23rd August, see chart), your volume may just fall into one of the accumulation buckets before it rallies sharply. This rally may take place after price hits 36, 35, 30 (1 tick below the supports), or it may happen right now after bouncing off 37, who knows! Alternatively, I am totally wrong, and it may crash straight through support to 30 and you'll be glad you got out.
I have no idea what will happen in the future, we are in this game for uncertainty. Risk and reward! The beauty is that you get to decide...
Buy and hold investors can probably ignore all this, but for the shorter term investors/traders, worst case you do sell out and you're wrong, you can always re-enter.
Whatever you decide, good luck.
